Jerry Hoskey is both a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Weight Management Consultant from The American Council on Exercise. He has trained clients age 14 to 89, ranging from Olympic and professional athletes to disabled individuals. Jerry is the author of THE-NO-DIET DIET and teaches numerous weight loss and health seminars. He has also been the Fitness Director at a leading medical weight loss clinic.

Jerry’s mission is “easy health for all.” He specializes in getting people lean and fit in the fastest, safest, most-effective and most habit-forming ways currently known. His personal training sessions range from just 30 to 60 minutes, during which time he exercises and stretches his clients’ entire bodies from head to toe. He can train you at your gym, home, or business (all equipment will be brought to you) plus he has a full private gym available as well. He also trains couples and groups.
